bp77 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to the bp77 website, mobile version, and all services and gaming products operated under it. Separate special terms may apply to individual services and will act as a supplement to these general Terms.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated by the same person, household, or device, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. If any information changes, update your account profile immediately. bp77 will not be liable for any loss arising from the provision of false or misleading information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify bp77's support team immediately. bp77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use by a third party.

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method. This limit applies equally to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for any method. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification may be required for high-value withdrawals.

3.3 Payment Methods

3.4 Fund Verification

bp77 ensures that all funds used on the platform come from legitimate sources. If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, bp77 is obligated to suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

3.5 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or banking system error, bp77 will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, bp77 will not be directly liable for failures caused by third-party payment providers.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus for a total of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Reasons

bp77 may cancel a bonus in the following cases:

• Bonus is claimed through multiple accounts
• Clear evidence of bonus abuse is found
• A breach of any term is identified
• An account was created using false information

4.4 Promotion Changes

bp77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotions, bonus offers, and VIP benefits at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bp77 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated using technology that guarantees fair and random outcomes. If any user is found using fraudulent software, bots, or automated methods, their account will be closed immediately.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the gaming system
• Abusing bonus benefits
• Arbitrage through multiple accounts
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, you must notify bp77's support team in writing within 72 hours. bp77's decision will be final and binding. Logs for all games are retained on record.

6.4 System Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect payout or incorrect credit, bp77 reserves the right to correct it, even if the funds have already been used. Bonuses or jackpots announced due to a system error are not valid.

7.1 Data Collection

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon voluntary account closure, active bonuses will be cancelled, but the real balance (not bonuses) will be returned, subject to wagering requirements being met.

8.3 Funds After Suspension

If an account is suspended due to a breach of terms, bp77 reserves the right to hold the funds until the investigation is complete. If a breach is proven during the investigation, illegally obtained funds may be forfeited. Real (non-bonus) funds are generally returned to the user.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with the closest valid interpretation.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between bp77 and the user, and replace all prior oral or written understandings.
